Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce customization, development, and integrations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing scalable Salesforce solutions, contributing to architecture discussions, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

- Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Participate in technical and architectural discussions and contribute to solution design decisions.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and other stakeholders for end-to-end solution delivery.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, test coverage, and deployment processes.

- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and support CI/CD pipelines.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, and batch processing.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Experience working with Salesforce DX, source control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification Mandatory.

- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with OmniStudio (Vlocity) components such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.

- Exposure to Salesforce Industry Clouds (PSS, Health Cloud).

- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification.

- Salesforce OmniStudio Developer or any Salesforce Industry certification.

Education :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
