This is a full-time opportunity for someone passionate about solution architecture, integration, and agile delivery using Salesforce technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business processes and lead workshops for design/improvement

- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions

- Create business requirements and user stories

- Train end users and provide ongoing support

- Integrate Salesforce with backend systems (REST/SOAP, Mulesoft)

- Manage deployments, version control, and CI/CD workflows

Required Skills :

- 46 years in Salesforce CRM & Force.com, 2+ years in Lightning

- Telecom project experience (min. 2 years)

- Proficient in Apex, Aura, LWC, and Salesforce CPQ or Vlocity

- Hands-on with CI/CD tools : Jenkins, Maven, Copado, AutoRabit

- Experience in DevOps, Agile (Scrum/SAFe), Jira/Confluence

- Strong integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, etc.)
