About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer / consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce CLI, CI/CD pipelines, source control strategies, and deployment automation. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of Salesforce solutions across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage Salesforce release and refresh activities across multiple environments.

- Utilize Salesforce CLI (SF CLI) for deployments, scripting, and environment management.

- Design and implement version control strategies using Git (branching, merging, conflict resolution).

- Build and maintain automation pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, deployment, and environment governance.

- Collaborate with developers, admins, and architects to streamline delivery.

- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues, optimizing release cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6- 9 years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in Salesforce DevOps and Release Management.

- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and metadata structure.

- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

- Experience with sandbox management, data refresh, and deployment governance.

- Solid understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and environment strategy.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
