Job Description :

Overview : Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Salesforce Developer to join the technology team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and possess deep expertise in custom development, integration, and platform best practices. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality technical solutions that enhance our Sales and Service operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and Development : Lead the design and development of complex, high-performance, and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, utilizing Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

Platform Expertise : Apply deep functional and technical expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to deliver optimal business outcomes.

Integration : Architect and implement robust integration solutions with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other integration tools.

Code Quality & Standards : Ensure code quality, maintainability, and security by following Salesforce best practices, performing code reviews, and utilizing platform-specific tools.

Technical Leadership : Act as a technical leader, mentoring junior developers, driving technical design sessions, and contributing to the overall technical strategy.

Release Management : Manage the development lifecycle using CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and sandbox management.

Collaboration : Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver effective solutions.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : 6+ years of hands-on, end-to-end development experience on the Salesforce platform.

Core Development : Expert proficiency in Salesforce, Apex, and Triggers.

Modern UI : Strong hands-on experience developing with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Integration : Proven experience with various integration methods (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, MuleSoft).

Cloud Knowledge : In-depth functional and technical knowledge of Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.

Certification : Must have an active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) certification.

Education : B.Tech/B.E or any equivalent degree with a computer science background.
