Senior Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, and architecture, along with the ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Solution Design & Development :

- Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, platform capabilities, and Salesforce best practices.

- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and declarative tools.

- Design and implement scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.

Integrations & Data Management :

- Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.

- Plan and execute data migration and data management strategies, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

- Optimize data models and ensure efficient data handling within Salesforce.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :

- Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Translate functional requirements into technical designs, solution architecture, and detailed specifications.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and cross-functional teams.

Code Quality & Best Practices :

- Develop and maintain robust unit tests to ensure high code coverage and system reliability.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure adherence to Salesforce security and performance best practices.

- Implement governance, deployment, and version control best practices using tools such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DX.

Support & Optimization :

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Monitor system performance and proactively recommend enhancements and optimizations.

- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and emerging technologies.

- Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, automation, and user experience through new Salesforce capabilities.

Required :

- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Salesforce declarative features.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and middleware platforms.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.

- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce implementations.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Architect, or relevant cloud certifications.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Prior experience mentoring or leading Salesforce development teams.
