Description:

- Design, develop, and maintain multiple complex Salesforce implementations across various business domains.

- Build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using Apex (Classes, Triggers), Visualforce, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce configuration tools.

- Utilize strong technical knowledge in Apex APIs, Workflows, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards, and Lightning framework.

- Lead customization efforts for business-specific needs, including advanced automation and integration patterns.

- Work on data and org migration projects, ensuring seamless transition from legacy systems to Salesforce using best-in-class migration techniques and tools.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and platform limitations.

- Collaborate across multiple Scrum teams, contributing to development, testing, and deployment activities using industry-leading Salesforce practices.

- Conduct detailed root cause analysis and support ongoing maintenance of customer applications following defined problem management procedures.

- Partner closely with QA teams to review test plans, ensure test coverage, and maintain high-quality deliverables.

- Contribute to full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, including projects with 500+ user licenses.

- Apply strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, architectural patterns, and design principles.

Required Technical Expertise:

- 8+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce.

- Experience with full lifecycle implementations with large user bases (500+ licenses).

- Familiarity with Salesforce platform limits, support processes, and performance considerations.

Certifications (Mandatory):

- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII)
