Senior Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate has demonstrable expertise in custom development using LWC, Apex, Triggers, and a proven track record in major Salesforce implementations. The role will actively contribute to architectural decisions, best coding practices, and mentor junior developers on the team.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Development :

- Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions utilizing Lightning Web Components (LWC) with hands-on coding (3+ years mandatory).

- Develop reliable Apex classes, triggers, and test classes for complex business logic.

- Build, optimize, and maintain Visualforce pages, workflows, and process automations where required.

Application Development & Customization :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality custom applications and solutions on the Salesforce platform using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.

- Build robust Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and test classes ensuring high code coverage and performance.

- Create and maintain custom Visualforce pages and leverage Salesforce declarative tools (e.g., Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes) as needed.

Code Quality & Deployment :

- Ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, security, and scalability.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.

- Collaborate in CI/CD processes for deploying Salesforce components across environments.

Collaboration & Leadership :

- Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 10-12 years of Salesforce development experience, with strong command over Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.

- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
