We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with our business goals. You'll play a critical role in our full-life cycle implementations and collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality, impactful projects.
Responsibilities :
Design and Development : Plan, design, and develop robust and scalable Salesforce solutions using a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and limitations. This includes writing and optimizing Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
System Integration : Lead org and data migration projects from legacy systems to Salesforce. You will need to leverage your expertise in various data migration tools and techniques to ensure a seamless and accurate transition.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional scrum teams, product managers, and business stakeholders. You will provide technical guidance, conduct root cause analysis, and support ongoing application maintenance.
Quality Assurance : Collaborate with our QA team to review test plans and cases, ensuring all deliverables meet our high standards for quality and performance.
Best Practices : Drive the adoption of Salesforce best practices for development, testing, and deployment. You will be a champion for clean, well-documented code and efficient processes.
Mentorship : Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers, helping them grow their skills and contribute effectively to the team.
Required Qualifications :
Experience :
- 8+ years of technical experience on the Salesforce platform.
- 1.5+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with at least one full-life cycle Salesforce implementation for an organization with 500+ user licenses.
Technical Skills :
- Expertise in Force.com Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and Ant.
- Strong proficiency in customization with Apex Triggers, Classes, Flows, Workflows with actions, and Approval Processes.
- Experience with various Salesforce APIs, reports, and dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with data migration tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, and platform limitations.
Methodologies :
- Strong knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies.
- Deep understanding of design and architectural patterns within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
Required Certifications :
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) certification is mandatory.
