Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer (CPQ + Billing) / (RLM + Billing)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: +6 years

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Billing or Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) and Billing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that support our end-to-end revenue processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement complex business requirements and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.

- Lead the development and configuration of Salesforce CPQ + Billing or RLM + Billing modules.

- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., ERP, payment gateways).

- Ensure data integrity and consistency across the revenue lifecycle.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing or Salesforce RLM and Billing.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and ETL tools.

- Deep understanding of the Lead-to-Cash process and revenue recognition principles.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications (preferred).

- Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Billing Specialist certification (a plus).
