Job Title: Salesforce Developer (5+ Years Experience)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of development experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and third-party integrations. You will be responsible for building robust, scalable solutions on Salesforce, as well as optimizing and extending existing implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure Salesforce applications.

- Create and manage Apex classes, triggers, test classes, batch processes, and scheduled jobs.

- Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components to deliver modern, responsive UI.

- Develop and automate business processes using Flow, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST, SOAP, OAuth, and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica).

- Implement custom metadata types, custom settings, and platform events.

- Leverage SOQL, SOSL, and dynamic Apex for complex querying and logic.

- Perform code refactoring and optimization to meet best practices and governor limits.

- Work with Change Sets, Unlocked Packages, or SFDX for deployment.

- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Copado, or Gearset.

- Create and manage custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.

- Handle data migration using Data Loader, Workbench, and ETL tools.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering/ Information Technology.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and administration.

- Proficiency in :

1. Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura

2. Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules

3. SOQL, SOSL, Async Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future)

4. REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0

5. VS Code with Salesforce extensions, Salesforce CLI (SFDX)

- Strong understanding of :

1. Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, sharing rules

2. Governor limits, bulkification techniques, error handling

3. Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning

- Experience with unit testing and maintaining high code coverage (>75%).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Certifications :

1. Platform Developer I (required)

2. Platform Developer II, App Builder, or Integration Architect (preferred)

- Experience with :

1. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud

2. MuleSoft, Boomi, or Kafka

3. AppExchange apps (e.g., Conga, DocuSign, OwnBackup)

4. Monitoring tools like New Relic or Salesforce Shield

- Familiarity with Unit Test Frameworks (e.g., ApexMocks, Jest for LWC)

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and debugging skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

- Ability to mentor junior developers and conduct peer code reviews.

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
