Role : Senior Salesforce Developer

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable solutions on the Salesforce Lightning Platform.

You will play a crucial part in translating complex business requirements into effective technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with various systems, and driving the successful delivery of high-impact Salesforce projects. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom applications and enhancements on the Salesforce Lightning Platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Lead and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle for Salesforce projects, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.

- Leverage deep knowledge of Salesforce products and services, with a specific focus on Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Discovery Framework in PSS, Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts and Integration Procedures), Conga, DocuSign, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and the Force.com platform.

- Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and various external systems using APIs and other integration technologies.

- Utilize both programmatic and declarative tools, including Process Builder, Workflows, and Flows, to deliver efficient and maintainable solutions.

- Adhere to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and maintain code quality through thorough testing and code reviews.

- Maintain and manage source code repositories (Git) and contribute to the continuous improvement of our DevOps processes.

- Proactively identify, analyze, and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.

- Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

- Core Salesforce Development : Extensive expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework (LWC highly preferred).

- Platform Specialization : Excellent functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Discovery Framework within PSS, Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts and Integration Procedures), Conga, DocuSign, and Salesforce Experience Cloud.

- Project Implementation : Proven experience in real-life implementations of complex Salesforce projects, involving intricate business logic and integrations with diverse systems through APIs.

- Configuration & Declarative Tools : Strong understanding and practical experience with Salesforce configuration and declarative tools, including Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flows.

- Version Control & DevOps : Solid understanding of Git repositories and modern DevOps processes specific to Salesforce development.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

- Communication : Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Certifications (Mandatory) :

- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with integration middleware technologies such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or Jitterbit.

- Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Advanced Administrator, Integration Architecture Designer, Application Architect, or System Architect
