Senior Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force

Responsibilities :

- Be the Technical Star : Lead the end-to-end development of robust, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce solutions leveraging Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, Schedulable Apex), Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura Components. Design and implement complex integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.

- Collaborate & Lead : Partner closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project managers to gather and analyze complex requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications and optimal Salesforce solution designs. Lead technical discussions and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

- Mentor & Inspire : Conduct rigorous code reviews for Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce components, ensuring adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization. Provide crucial mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers, fostering their growth and a culture of continuous learning.

- Problem-Solve & Optimize : Proactively troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex Salesforce application issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions. Optimize Salesforce applications for top performance, scalability, and maintainability, including governor limit management and bulkification strategies. Design and implement robust data models (objects, fields, relationships) to support evolving business needs.

Required Technical Qualifications :

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on development experience within the Salesforce platform, building scalable, custom solutions that meet dynamic business needs.

- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture principles, including multi-tenancy, declarative vs. programmatic solutions, and data modeling best practices.

- Strong proficiency and hands-on experience in Apex development, including Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, Schedulable Apex, Asynchronous Apex, and Exception Handling.

- Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura Components, and strong understanding of their lifecycle hooks and best practices.

- Proficiency in Visualforce page development and its integration with Apex controllers.

- Proven experience with Sales Cloud, including customization of standard objects, automation (Flows, Process Builders, Workflows), and reporting.

- Experience with Service Cloud functionalities, including Service Console, Cases, Entitlements, Live Agent, and Omni-Channel.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and hands-on experience consuming and exposing REST/SOAP APIs.

- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git-based version control (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket), and CI/CD processes for Salesforce deployments.

- Ability to lead technical discussions, perform business solutioning, and translate complex requirements into actionable Salesforce technical designs.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II certifications are highly preferred.

- Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementation and customization.
