We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong focus on Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge, strong architectural experience, and leadership capabilities to drive scalable and secure Salesforce implementations aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Design :

- Define, document, and maintain the overall architecture of Salesforce-based solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Technical Leadership :

- Lead end-to-end implementation of complex Salesforce projects, guiding developers and ensuring alignment with architectural standards and enterprise practices.

Integration Strategy :

- Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party platforms.

Governance & Best Practices :

- Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards, coding guidelines, and governance processes.

Performance Optimization :

- Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement best practices to improve the efficiency and scalability of the Salesforce environment.

Security & Compliance :

- Implement Salesforce security models, ensure data privacy, and adhere to compliance standards including GDPR and internal security policies.

Mentorship & Collaboration :

- Mentor junior developers and admins, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and product owners.

Stakeholder Management :

- Interact with business leaders to gather technical requirements, translate them into actionable development tasks, and ensure on-time delivery.

Technical Roadmap :

- Contribute to defining the Salesforce product roadmap by identifying opportunities for innovation and automation.

Documentation :

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.

Required Qualifications :

Experience :

- 8+ years of overall IT experience

- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

- Experience in leading technical teams and Salesforce solution design

Salesforce Expertise :

- Strong command over Service Cloud (mandatory)

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud

- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns

DevOps & Tools :

- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines

- Familiarity with Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI, and ALM tools

Certifications :

- Preferred : Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect / Platform Developer II

- Bonus : Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

Additional Skills :

- Experience in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF is a plus)
