Role : Senior Salesforce Developer

What We're Looking For :

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience

- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Declarative Tools

- Experience designing and deploying scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Architecture, Data Models & Security

- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce modules

- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Integrations & Data Migration

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular

- Experience with Git, Agile, CI/CD Pipelines & Production Deployments

- Strong debugging, performance optimization and problem-solving skills

- Experience mentoring junior developers and collaborating with stakeholders

Certification Requirements :

- Must hold one or more Salesforce certifications such as :

1. Salesforce Platform Developer I / II

2. Salesforce Administrator

3. Einstein AI / Agentforce / Tableau Certifications preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

- Valid Passport is Mandatory
