Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications and solutions.

- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and implementable solutions.

- Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, queueable jobs, and asynchronous methods with high performance standards.

- Build responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.

- Create and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and manage complex Salesforce data models.

- Implement custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and flows to meet business objectives.

- Ensure strict adherence to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and enterprise coding standards.

- Configure and manage Salesforce security models including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD), and Field-Level Security.

- Develop and integrate Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud (Communities/Portals), and Health Cloud platforms.

- Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs with external systems.

- Execute data migration strategies, ETL processes, and bulk data handling operations.

- Implement and manage authentication mechanisms including OAuth and Single Sign-On (SSO).

- Optimize system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement solutions proactively.

- Conduct comprehensive code reviews and establish quality assurance processes.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.

- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Prepare detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and effort estimations.

- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and emerging technologies.

Requirements :

- 6 to 8 years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.

- Strong expertise in Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, Future Methods).

- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) (Aura experience is an added advantage).

- Good knowledge of SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce Data Model.

- Experience with Sales Cloud.

- Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud (Communities/Portals).

- Hands-on experience with Health Cloud (Healthcare workflows, Care Management, Data Model).

- Experience in REST/SOAP API integrations.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD, FLS).

- Experience with Flows, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, and Salesforce Automation.

- Experience in Asynchronous Processing (Batch Apex, Queueable, Platform Events).

- Good understanding of OAuth/SSO, Data Migration, and Bulk Data Handling.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification Mandatory.
