About the Role :

Altimetrik is looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on development expertise to join our growing Salesforce practice. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations, contributing to DevOps best practices, and supporting high-performing enterprise teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Aura

- Lead and contribute to complex Salesforce development initiatives across large-scale projects

- Implement Salesforce DevOps processes using tools like Flosum

- Build and manage integrations using REST and SOAP APIs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Product, and Business stakeholders

- Ensure best practices for code quality, performance, and security

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura

- Expertise in Apex development, Triggers, and asynchronous processing

- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Flosum

- Solid understanding of Salesforce integrations and data exchange patterns

- Hands-on experience consuming and exposing REST & SOAP APIs

- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery

- Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations and large data volumes

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in agile/scrum development environments

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and release management in Salesforce

- Strong communication and leadership skills
