Senior Salesforce Developer - Apex/LWC

We have 3 openings Senior Salesforce Developer with LWC and Apex (Mumbai )/Lead Developer (PAN India)/ Salesforce with ETL (PAN India).

Experience Required :

4 - 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and data integration.

Role Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, Lightning development, and data migration. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Apex, LWC, Salesforce automation, and integrations. Exposure to ETL tools and large-scale data migration projects will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize Salesforce using Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, Groups, Record Types, and Page Layouts.

- Create and manage Custom Objects, Fields, Relationships, and Custom Tabs.

- Manage Profiles, Roles, User Access, and Salesforce security settings.

- Implement and maintain Salesforce security and sharing models, including OWD, role hierarchy, and record-level access.

- Develop and enhance Apex Classes, Triggers, and asynchronous processes as per business requirements.

- Design and build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and support Lightning Experience enhancements.

- Create and maintain email templates, automated notifications, reports, and dashboards.

- Perform data migration and data loading using Data Loader and Import Wizard.

- Design and implement Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to support ERP and external system integrations.

- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-8 years of experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Governor Limits.

- Proven experience in Lightning Experience and LWC development.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce out-of-the-box features and best practices.

- Experience with object-level, field-level, and record-level security.

- Strong experience in building reports and dashboards.

ETL & Data Integration (Good to Have) :

- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, DataStage, or similar.

- Knowledge of data migration strategies from legacy systems to Salesforce.

- Experience in implementing data quality checks, validation, and cleansing processes.

- Ability to perform data audits and ongoing data maintenance to ensure accuracy and consistency.
