We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in Bangalore (Hybrid model, relocation required if outside Bangalore).

This critical role requires 5+ years of relevant Salesforce platform experience and a strong foundation in both Administration and Development, including expertise in LWC, Apex, and complex integration patterns.

The successful candidate will leverage their technical leadership experience to develop high-standard code and design solutions within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Deliverables :

Core Development & Architecture :

- High-Standard Code : Develop best-in-class, high-standard code using the full suite of Salesforce tools, contributing across all phases of the software development cycle.

- Modern Development : Possess mandatory expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), as well as classic skills in Visualforce, Visualforce templates, Apex, Async Apex, and Apex Triggers.

- Platform Mastery : Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the SFDC platform, being well-versed in both configuration, customization, and integration.

- Technical Leadership : Serve in the capacity of a Technical Lead in at least 2-3 SFDC projects, demonstrating the ability to take ownership of complex solutioning.

Integration & Deployment :

- Integration Patterns : Strong expertise in Integration design, including a good understanding of SSO (Single Sign-On).

- Ecosystem Understanding : Good understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud (SF Communities).

- DevOps Foundation : Good understanding of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) and hands-on experience with industry-standard Repo tools like GIT.

- Complex Environments : Working experience in a complex integrated environment where multiple systems interact with Salesforce is highly preferred.

Stakeholder & Quality Management :

- Solution Design : Interact with client's key Business and Technical stakeholders for Solution Designing and Architecture.

- Issue Resolution : Proven ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues.

- Documentation : Create high-quality Technical Documentation for designs and solutions.

- Agile Work : Work effectively in an Agile environment with the team to meet project timelines.

Mandatory Certifications & Qualifications :

The candidate must possess the following Salesforce Certifications :

- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator

- Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

Preferred Certification : Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Optional)

Additional Qualifications :

- Experience working with large-scale enterprise organizations with Front/Back Office.

- Strong technical expertise across relevant platforms, including familiarity with AWS concepts.
