Senior Salesforce Developer - Apex/LWC

Description : We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and a proven track record of delivering scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and reusable Salesforce components using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and Aura.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Customize Salesforce standard and custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

- Maintain documentation of system configurations and customizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification is mandatory.

- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certification.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud is a plus.
