Senior Salesforce Developer - Agentforce

Experience: 6+ Years

Mandatory Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) & Platform Developer II (PD2)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Agentforce.

- Build and configure Salesforce Agentforce solutions based on business requirements and real-world use cases.

- Design and implement Agent Topics, Instructions, Actions, and custom Agent Actions using Apex and Flow.

- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data, business processes, and external systems.

- Work with Prompt Builder and Salesforce generative AI capabilities to create effective and reliable agent interactions.

- Develop reusable, scalable, and high-performance Lightning Web Components.

- Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueable jobs, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processes.

- Design and implement Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, Named Credentials, Platform Events, and Apex callouts.

- Participate in requirement discussions and convert functional requirements into appropriate technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Salesforce development, integrations, LWC, and Agentforce.

- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices for security, governor limits, scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.

- Support deployments, release activities, and production issues.

- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 6+ years of strong Salesforce development experience.

- Excellent hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, Triggers, and asynchronous Apex.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Core Platform, including security, sharing model, governor limits, data model, and platform architecture.

- Strong hands-on Salesforce Agentforce implementation experience is mandatory.

- Candidate should have worked on at least one meaningful end-to-end Agentforce implementation/use case.

- Strong experience with Agent Builder, Agent Topics, Agent Instructions, Agent Actions, Custom Actions using Apex / Flow, Prompt Builder, Agentforce grounding with Salesforce data, and Agent testing, debugging, and optimization.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), including component communication, Lightning Data Service, wire services, imperative Apex, and custom events.

- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, OAuth, Named Credentials, and Platform Events.

- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud is required.

- Exposure to Data Cloud, Einstein, and other Salesforce AI capabilities will be an added advantage.

- Good understanding of Salesforce DevOps, Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD processes.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills with the ability to participate in technical discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Candidates must be able to clearly explain their Agentforce implementation experience, use case, architecture, Actions, Topics, prompts, integrations, and challenges handled.
