Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to join our team on a contract basis.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, integrations, and configuration.

Exposure to Salesforce FSC and BFSI domain projects - especially within wealth management - is highly preferred.

This role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce FSC solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and contributing to ongoing platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce FSC Development :

- Develop and enhance Salesforce Financial Services Cloud features including financial accounts, householding, client management, and relationship groups.

- Work on FSC-specific capabilities for banking, insurance, and wealth management use cases.

Custom Development & Configurations :

Design, develop, and maintain :

- Apex classes, triggers, batch classes, schedulers

- Apex REST/SOAP integrations

- Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components

- Custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules

- Build responsive and scalable front-end components using the Salesforce Lightning Framework.

Integration & System Enhancements :

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other middleware solutions.

- Collaborate with architects and functional teams to translate business requirements into secure and scalable technical solutions.

Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Conduct unit testing and participate in integration testing to ensure high-quality and error-free deployments.

- Ensure all solutions adhere to technical specifications, coding standards, and best practices.

Platform Optimization & Innovation :

- Stay updated with new Salesforce releases, features, and FSC enhancements.

- Evaluate new capabilities for potential adoption to improve functionality and user experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with functional consultants, QA testers, product owners, and business stakeholders.

- Provide technical inputs during requirement discussions, design reviews, and sprint planning sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and integrations.

- Hands-on experience or exposure to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

- Strong understanding of BFSI processesbanking, insurance, or wealth management (preferred).

- Experience implementing Salesforce FSC in real-world projects (good to have).

- Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, roles, and governor limits.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration setup (objects, fields, page layouts, flows, workflows).

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I / II

- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Certification

- Salesforce Administrator

- Experience with DevOps tools such as Bitbucket, Copado, Git, or Gearset.
