Senior Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities :

- System Design and Configuration : Design and configure Salesforce solutions based on identified business requirements, leveraging declarative tools and customization.

- Custom Development : Lead custom development efforts (building complex Flows, lightning

app building, customizing experience cloud, configuring/creating notifications), ensuring alignment with business needs.

- Integration Management : Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other

enterprise systems.

- Data Management : Understand data flow, structure, and mapping. Ensuring data integrity and completeness.

- User Training and Support : Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of Salesforce within the organization.

- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the use of Salesforce in various business processes.

- Stay Informed : Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices to continuously enhance system capabilities.

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple projects.

- Should be able to manage a team of junior developers.

Technical Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant in a similar role. Good

understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot (Marketing Cloud), and

Experience Cloud (Nice to have CPQ).

- Experience with Lightning web components and the Salesforce Lightning platform.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integration concepts.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Certification of Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud will be an advantage
