Job Title : Senior Salesforce Developer.

Type : Contract.

Location : Remote.

Start Date : Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Experience : 5+ Years (4+ Years in Salesforce).

Job Overview :

The role is remote, and we are looking to onboard candidates by next week.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Perform system configurations : Flows, Process Builders, Validation Rules, Security, Profiles, and Permission Sets.

- Work on Salesforce APIs : REST, SOAP, Tooling APIs for system integration.

- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueable, and asynchronous processes.

- Conduct unit testing, prepare test data, and support deployment and release processes.

- Manage data operations : Data loading using Data Loader, Data Stage, and related ETL tools.

- Collaborate with business users and clients to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and analyze existing Salesforce systems to identify and resolve issues.

- Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations as per business needs.

- Contribute to data migration strategies from legacy or other systems into Salesforce.

- Conduct discovery workshops and interviews with stakeholders to capture and refine functional requirements.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and adopt Salesforce best practices.

Mandatory Skills :

- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Unit Testing.

- Strong experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the Lightning Framework.

- Solid understanding of Sales Cloud functionality and workflows.

- Expertise in Salesforce Configuration - Flows, Validation Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, etc.

- Hands-on with Salesforce APIs REST, SOAP, Tooling API.

- Experience with Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Future Methods.

- Data migration experience using Data Loader or other ETL tools.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Experience working directly with US clients.

Preferred Skills :

- Good understanding of Salesforce data models and multi-tenant architecture.

- Familiarity with Salesforce best practices for performance, scalability, and data security.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed teams.

- Experience preparing and executing test plans for Salesforce modules.

Educational Qualifications :

Certifications (Preferred) :

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) Preferred.

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD2) Desired.

- Salesforce Certified App Builder.

- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant.

- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.

Soft Skills :

- Effective in client-facing roles, especially with US-based stakeholders.

- High attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under deadlines.
