- Perform data analysis to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and cleansing needs; define and drive the data cleansing approach.

- Prepare source-to-target data mappings, define migration rules, and establish validation criteria.

- Execute data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and perform detailed data validation.

- Define, plan, and execute production data migration strategy with minimal downtime and risk.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity, scalability, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.

- Document migration processes, rules, and outcomes for transparency and audit.

- Ability to adjust working hours in India to ensure effective collaboration with teams across USA and UK.

Required Skills :

- Proven expertise in Salesforce data migration, including large-volume and complex data models.

- Strong hands-on experience with ETL tools (Informatica, MuleSoft, Talend, Data Loader, or similar).

- Deep knowledge of Salesforce data architecture and APIs.

- Ability to lead full-stack migration activities from requirement gathering to production cutover.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional, global teams.

Good to Have: Salesforce Certified Data Architect or Integration Architect.
