Position : Senior Salesforce CPQ BSA

Location : Chennai/ Hyderabad/ Pune/Mumbai/Noida/Gurugram

Exp : 8+ years

Work Mode : Hybrid (2 days a week)

Notice : Immediate to 15 days

Duties and responsibilities :

We are looking for a Salesforce BA with Manufacturing Cloud experience. At least 8+ years who would play a vital role in developing client relationship for Salesforce implementations. The candidate would be responsible for consulting the client, gather requirements, build process workflows, and guide the development team and the business team to structure for project success. The individual will be working closely with our different teams, leading a team of salesforce developers, QA, and training business team as and when required.

Responsibilities :

- Consult and liaise with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements.

- Analyze and consolidate information to develop solutions to ensure business requirements are achieved.

- Document quality user stories.

- Partner with key stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences and reduced cost and time impacts.

- Provide expert support to key stakeholders in managing system and process changes.

- Provide expert advice on application solutions.

- Produce functional, technical and system design documentation.

- Conduct feasibility studies of applications and system solutions.

- Create test scenarios for applications and enhancements, ensuring functional requirements are met.

- Facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality rollouts.

- Utilize and champion agile techniques to deliver on competing requirements.

- Develop complex reports and dashboards to support the delivery of business key metrics.

- Hands on experience on any of the Quoting tools (Salesforce CPQ, RLM, Callidus CPQ etc.)

- Good understanding of Sales Process (Lead to Quote or Order To Cash)

- Good understanding on Salesforce ecosystem.

- Good understanding on different BA skills - Requirement Elicitation, Process Mapping, GAP analysis, Stakeholder handling etc.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
