Job Summary

We are seeking a senior Salesforce CPQ Architect to own the end-to-end architecture, design, and governance of complex Salesforce CPQ implementations across enterprise clients.

This role demands deep CPQ expertise, strong architectural leadership, and the ability to guide multiple teams while ensuring scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Strategy

Lead enterprise-level Salesforce CPQ architecture, solution design, and implementation.

Define CPQ solution blueprints covering product modeling, pricing strategy, approvals, and contract lifecycle management.

Establish CPQ best practices, design standards, and reusable solution frameworks.

Stakeholder & Delivery Leadership

Lead requirement discovery workshops with business, sales operations, finance, and IT stakeholders.

Translate business strategies into scalable CPQ technical designs.

Own end-to-end delivery governance including design reviews, release planning, and risk mitigation.

Act as the CPQ Subject Matter Expert for internal teams and clients.

Technical Oversight & Optimization

Provide architectural guidance for Apex, LWC, and CPQ customizations.

Ensure seamless integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and enterprise systems.

Optimize pricing performance, data integrity, and quote generation at scale.

Review solution designs, configurations, and custom code for quality and scalability.

Mentorship & Enablement

Mentor CPQ architects, consultants, and developers.

Support pre-sales activities including solution estimation, technical feasibility, and architecture walkthroughs.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation within CPQ delivery practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

12-15 years of Salesforce experience with 5+ years of deep Salesforce CPQ expertise.

Proven expertise across:

Advanced CPQ configuration and complex pricing logic

Guided Selling, Advanced Approvals, and Quote Templates

Amendments, Renewals, and enterprise quote lifecycle management

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and integration patterns.

Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce automation.

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.

Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-team CPQ programs.

Certifications (Strongly Preferred)

Salesforce CPQ Advanced Specialist
