Position Name : Senior Salesforce Business Analyst.

Experience : 10+ Years.

Location : Remote ( Need to visit Jaipur office location when physical existence required).

Keywords : knowledge of Salesforce Admin & CPQ.

Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Translate business needs into detailed Salesforce solutions and user stories.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ERP integrations.

- Maintain and prioritize product backlogs and support the development team throughout the project lifecycle.

- Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Conduct training sessions and provide user support post-deployment.

- Drive continuous improvement based on feedback and evolving business needs.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with hands-on involvement in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ERP integration.

- Strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with Agile methodologies.
