Job Summary :


We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Salesforce platforms including Service Cloud, Health Cloud, FSL (Field Service Lightning), FSC (Financial Services Cloud), and LOS (Loan Origination System). The ideal candidate will have experience in the Healthcare and BFSI domains, and will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, designing scalable solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce-based applications and enhancements.


Key Responsibilities :


- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders in Healthcare and BFSI industries.


- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements within the Salesforce ecosystem.


- Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and admins to design and implement solutions using:


- Service Cloud for customer service automation


- Health Cloud for patient management and care coordination


- FSL (Field Service Lightning) for mobile workforce management


- FSC (Financial Services Cloud) for client relationship and financial lifecycle management


- LOS (Loan Origination Systems) for end-to-end loan processing automation


- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews to identify pain points and optimization opportunities.


- Develop use cases, user stories, process flows, and wireframes to communicate requirements.


- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and go-live activities.


- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure requirement traceability and coverage.


- Maintain product backlog and prioritize enhancements aligned with business goals.


- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA (for healthcare) and financial compliance (BSA, KYC, etc. for BFSI).


- Assist in change management, user training, and post-implementation support.


Required Qualifications :


- 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.


- Strong expertise in at least 2 or more of the following Salesforce products:


- Service Cloud


- Health Cloud


- Field Service Lightning (FSL)


- Financial Services Cloud (FSC)


- Loan Origination System (LOS) integrations


- Proven experience working in Healthcare and/or BFSI domain(s).


- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, workflows, automation tools (Flows, Process Builder), and reporting.


- Experience with requirement gathering, business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.


- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha, etc.


- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders.


- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications :


Salesforce certifications such as :


- Salesforce Certified Administrator


- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst


- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant


- Salesforce Certified Health Cloud/FSC/FSL Consultant


- Exposure to Salesforce integration tools and APIs.


- Knowledge of compliance standards like HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI DSS (as applicable).


- Experience with third-party tools and systems used in healthcare or BFSI ecosystems.
