Position Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Finance systems. As a Senior Salesforce Architect, you will play a critical role in advising our customers, shaping transformative strategies, and delivering high-impact solutions. This position requires a blend of technical and business acumen, enabling you to collaborate effectively with C-level executives, technical teams, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Requirements Gathering : Document AS-IS and TO-BE process models.

- Facilitation : Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and business process reviews to gather insights and refine requirements.

- Solution Design : Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to create robust architectural designs through workshops.

- Architecture Development : Design scalable solution architectures, including prototypes and proof-of-concepts.

- Assessment and Justification : Evaluate multiple solution options, articulate benefits, risks, and provide effort estimates.

- Strategic Road mapping : Develop and present strategic roadmaps for implementation.

- Implementation Support : Guide the design and testing of Salesforce & Revenue Cloud components, integrations, and data migrations.

- Team Leadership : Mentor project team members and support them in best practices for implementation.

- Sales Support : Provide expertise during pre-sales activities, estimating technical effort for proposals.

- Thought Leadership : Demonstrate expertise through publishing articles, hosting sessions, and engaging with clients.

- Collaboration : Work across teams to drive successful project outcomes and address critical challenges.

Required Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

- Experience : 5-10+ years in an enterprise-level role (Solution Architect/Senior Business Consultant) within a professional services organization, focusing on Salesforce solutions.

- Domain Expertise : Extensive knowledge of the billing cycle, including setup, quoting, invoicing, payment processing, and integration with ERP systems.

- Salesforce Knowledge : Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing, or other billing platforms (e.g., Apttus, Zuora, NetSuite).

- Technical Skills : Proficient in programming languages, able to read and write code, and design architectural diagrams.

- Project Management : Contribute to project planning, resource allocation, and manage timelines effectively.

- Communication : Exceptional communication skills for interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex technical challenges.

- Team Collaboration : Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- Certified Salesforce Administrator

- Sales Cloud Consultant

- Certified Platform Developer
