Role Overview :

As a Senior Salesforce Architect, you will serve as the technical authority for our most complex Salesforce engagements, bridging the gap between high-level business requirements and robust technical architecture. You will lead the design of end-to-end solutions, guiding cross-functional delivery teams and advising senior client stakeholders on best practices for platform scalability and security. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our technical implementations not only meet immediate functional needs but also provide a sustainable, future-proof foundation for our clients' long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and oversee the implementation of complex, multi-cloud Salesforce architectures to ensure high availability, performance, and security for enterprise-level clients.

- Lead the technical strategy for large-scale migrations and integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and third-party enterprise systems.

- Mentor and provide technical oversight to development teams, ensuring adherence to clean coding standards and optimal use of Apex and LWC frameworks.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and architectural audits to identify potential bottlenecks and ensure the long-term maintainability of the platform.

- Stay at the forefront of the Salesforce ecosystem, evaluating new features and platform updates to provide strategic recommendations that keep our clients ahead of the curve.

Required Skillset :

- Possess 14 to 20 years of extensive experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions, with a deep mastery of the Salesforce Service Cloud ecosystem.

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in developing complex business logic using Apex and building highly responsive, modular user interfaces with Salesforce LWC.

- Exhibit deep expertise in architecting sophisticated Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.

- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and building consensus across diverse project teams.

- Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a distributed work environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration across Remote, Jaipur, Bangalore, Pune, and Hyderabad locations.

- Hold a relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by a track record of continuous professional development and industry-recognized Salesforce certifications.
