Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted technical advisor, working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and leadership to deliver enterprise-grade Salesforce architectures aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and define Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture, including data models, security, integrations, and automation

- Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and admins

- Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and governance

- Architect and oversee integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture

- Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce limits, security standards, and compliance requirements

- Drive performance optimization, scalability, and system reliability

- Participate in design reviews, release planning, and risk mitigation

- Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations, and technical proposals when required

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 7+ years of experience with Salesforce platform, including architecture and solution design

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Clouds : Sales, Service, Experience (Community), and Platform

- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools

- Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, sharing, and governor limits

- Experience with integration patterns, APIs, and middleware tools (MuleSoft preferred)

- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and release management for Salesforce

- Proven experience in leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
