Description :

SG IT is urgently looking for a Senior SailPoint Developer to join an ongoing critical engagement. Immediate or near-immediate joiners are highly preferred.

What Youll Do :

- Design, build, and implement enterprise-grade IGA solutions across on-prem and hybrid cloud environments

- Architect and manage RBAC models aligned with business and security requirements

- Automate JoinerMoverLeaver (JML) lifecycle workflows

- Configure and integrate SSO using SAML / OIDC for internal and external applications

- Deploy and integrate MFA solutions (Duo, MS Authenticator, on-prem MFA)

- Design resilient identity services with high availability, failover, and redundancy

- Ensure compliance with Telecommunications Security Act and enterprise security standards

- Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to drive security objectives

?Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in IGA & SailPoint (L3 proficiency mandatory)

- Deep understanding of Federation protocols (SAML, OIDC)

- Expertise in MFA, NAC, RBAC and identity lifecycle management

- Experience with RADIUS, TACACS, ISE, VPN and network access control solutions

- Proven ability to design secure, scalable, and compliant identity architectures

Good-to-Have :

- Knowledge of Linux, Windows, and Network Administration

- Exposure to Agile development environments and JIRA tools
