As a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer at VDart, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications for our clients. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into high-quality code.

Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the performance, security, and maintainability of our applications, contributing directly to the success of our client projects and the overall growth of VDart.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications using Ruby on Rails for our clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that meet business requirements.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code to ensure the quality and maintainability of our applications.

- Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to resolve production problems and improve application performance.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools to enhance team efficiency.

- Mentor junior developers to foster their growth and development within the team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Ruby on Rails development, with a deep understanding of its core principles and best practices.

- Strong experience with front-end technologies such as React.js, including component-based architecture and state management.

- Solid understanding of Node.js and its ecosystem, including experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs.
