Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior RPA Engineer to design, build, and optimize intelligent automation solutions using leading RPA tools.

The role involves end-to-end bot development, process analysis, integration with enterprise systems, troubleshooting automation pipelines, and guiding junior automation engineers.

The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism, deep process understanding, and experience in scaling automation deployments across business functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Automation Design & Development :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and evaluate candidate processes for automation.

- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath/AA/Blue Prism or relevant tools.

- Build scalable bots with reusable components, secure coding logic, and high performance.

- Create automation workflows, orchestrations, and exception handling frameworks.

- Ensure smooth integration of bots with APIs, databases, ERP/CRM platforms, OCR engines, and third-party services.

Process Optimization & Improvement :

- Perform process mapping, step analysis, and effort estimation for RPA solutions.

- Recommend process re-engineering, standardization, and automation opportunities.

- Enhance existing bots to improve speed, accuracy, reliability, and resource consumption.

- Implement unattended and attended bot deployments based on use cases.

Testing & Deployment :

- Conduct unit testing, UAT support, and performance validation before deployment.

- Troubleshoot errors, debug scripts, and resolve production issues efficiently.

- Work closely with infrastructure & DevOps teams for deployment, orchestration, and scheduling.

- Maintain documentation for process design, test results, deployment notes & solution architecture.

Support, Maintenance & Governance :

- Monitor bot health, logs, queue management & exception patterns.

- Provide Level 3 support for RPA incidents, system upgrades & scaling.

- Ensure adherence to automation governance, security policies, coding standards & best practices.

- Track bot utilization ROI, cycle time reduction & productivity metrics.

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Mentor and guide junior RPA developers/automation engineers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional IT, business, QA, and architecture teams.

- Participate in automation roadmap planning, feasibility analysis, and innovation initiatives.

Required Technical Skills :

- Experience with RPA tools : UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism (any combination).

- Hands-on experience building bots, orchestrators, selectors, and automation frameworks.

- Strong proficiency in .NET/C#/VB, Python scripting is a plus.

- Good understanding of SQL databases, REST/SOAP APIs, OCR tools (Abbyy/Nuance/Google Vision).

- Familiarity with Citrix automation, attended/unattended bots, and queue-based executions.

- Exposure to cloud-based RPA infrastructure is preferred (Azure/AWS/GCP).
