Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain RPA workflows using Selenium, AWS Lambda, and message queues (SQS/RabbitMQ/Kafka).
- Build and evolve internal automation frameworks, reusable libraries, and CI-integrated test suites to accelerate developer productivity.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end), optimize performance, handle exceptions, and ensure high reliability of automation scripts.
- Monitor automation health and maintain dashboards/logging via cloud tools (CloudWatch, ELK, etc.).
- Champion automation standards workshops, write documentation, and coach other engineers on test-driven development and behavior-driven automation.
Requirements :
- 4- 5 years of experience in automation engineering with deep/hands-on experience in Python and modern browser automation frameworks (Selenium/PythonRPA).
- Solid background with desktop-automation solutions (UiPath, PythonRPA) and scripting legacy applications.
- Strong debugging skills, with an eye for edge cases and race conditions in distributed, asynchronous systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services like Lambda, S3 and API Gateway.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and queue-based async processing.
- Experience integrating with third-party platforms or enterprise systems.
- Ability to translate business workflows into technical automation logic.
- Able to evangelize automation best practices, present complex ideas clearly, and drive cross-team alignment.
Nice to Have :
- Experience with RPA frameworks (UiPath, BluePrism, etc.).
- Familiarity with building LLM-based workflows (LangChain, LlamaIndex) or custom agent loops to automate cognitive tasks.
- Exposure to automotive dealer management or VMS platforms.
- Understanding of cloud security and IAM practices.
