About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with hands-on expertise in UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, deliver efficient workflows, and ensure continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.

- Create and maintain documentation (PDD, SDD, technical specs, user guides).

- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing automation workflows.

- Ensure scalability, reusability, and adherence to best practices in automation development.

- Collaborate with IT and business teams for deployment and integration of automation solutions.

- Monitor bot performance and provide support/maintenance for deployed automations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- Proven experience (5+ years) in UiPath development

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows).

- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, best practices, and lifecycle.

- Familiarity with Orchestrator and automation governance processes.

- Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
