About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior RPA Developer with strong expertise in Automation Anywhere A360, Python, SQL, and Snowflake. This role involves designing, building, and deploying intelligent automation solutions that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360, including Document Automation and Co-Pilot modules.

- Build scalable automation workflows using Python, SQL, and VB Scripts to integrate multiple systems.

- Develop and optimize stored procedures, macros, and API-based integrations.

- Work with Snowflake for data extraction, transformation, and automation-related use cases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into automated solutions.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production RPA bots.

- Work independently while managing timelines, deliverables, and project priorities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere A360 RPA development.

- Strong experience in Python programming (4+ years).

- Solid knowledge of SQL, stored procedures, and database operations.

- Expertise in VB Script/Macros and workflow automation.

- Experience integrating APIs within automation workflows.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access), Outlook, and SharePoint.

- Familiarity with Smartsheet for workflow/operations management.

- Exposure to Azure AI / LLMs (preferred).

- Working knowledge of Snowflake (added advantage).

- Exceptional communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Certification (Mandatory) : Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional Automation 360
