Senior RPA Developer - Abbyy FlexiCapture

Position Title: Lead/Sr. RPA Developer

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Experience: 6-9 Yrs.

Work Type: Contract

Requirements:

- Proven hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Apps, Document Understanding, Test Suite) and OCR.

- Expertise in ABBYY FlexiCapture and ABBYY Vantage for intelligent document processing.

- Proficient in end-to-end RPA lifecycle requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Strong understanding of RPA best practices, exception handling, governance, and compliance with coding standards.

- Experience in CI/CD pipelines, version control using GitLab, and secure credential handling with CyberArk.

- Familiarity with automation testing using UiPath Test Suite and managing test cases and test sets.

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams, including business SMEs and Client.

- Ability to mentor junior developers, review code, and drive technical excellence across the team.

- Strong focus on innovation, reusability, and framework optimization within the UiPath ecosystem.

- Up to date with latest UiPath features and updates, with a proactive mindset toward adopting new capabilities.
