About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Researcher specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) models to join our innovative team.

The ideal candidate will lead cutting-edge research and development of advanced AI algorithms and models, driving impactful solutions that push the boundaries of machine learning and AI applications across various domains.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct advanced research on AI, machine learning, and deep learning models to solve complex real-world problems.

- Design, develop, and optimize novel AI algorithms and architectures for improved performance, scalability, and robustness.

- Lead experimental design, data analysis, and model evaluation to validate research hypotheses and measure effectiveness.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into deployable AI solutions.

- Publish high-quality research papers and contribute to scientific conferences, journals, and patent filings.

- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to building a knowledge-sharing culture within the AI research team.

- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and related fields, evaluating their applicability to ongoing projects.

- Work on AI model interpretability, fairness, and ethical considerations ensuring responsible AI deployment.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Masters or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.

- Proven track record of research in AI/ML with publications in reputable conferences/journals.

- Strong expertise in designing and implementing machine learning models (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, etc.

- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or C++.

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling.

- Experience working with large-scale datasets and cloud computing platforms is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex research insights to both technical and non technical stakeholders
