Senior Reporting & ETL Analyst

Job Summary :

This role requires expertise in handling large datasets, performing complex ETL operations, developing interactive dashboards, and collaborating across teams to deliver insights.

Experience in the healthcare or insurance domain is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create interactive, visually rich dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to support business decision making.

- Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to support complex data warehousing operations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders from healthcare and insurance domains to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of tasks.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Reporting Tools : Expert-level experience (8+ years) in Power BI and Tableau.

- SQL & Data Warehousing : Expert-level proficiency (12+ years) in writing complex SQL queries and

supporting data warehouse design and maintenance.

- Domain Knowledge : Deep understanding of healthcare and/or insurance data systems and regulations (6+ years).

- Agile/Scrum Methodology : Proven experience (5+ years) participating in Agile development environments and sprint-based work.
