- We are looking for a hands-on Senior Release Manager to drive and own the end-to-end release lifecycle for both UST FinX platform product releases and client-specific implementation releases, including releases involving ecosystem partners.

- The ideal candidate should come from a product company background and have strong experience managing complex releases across engineering, DevOps, and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and manage the end-to-end release management lifecycle across product and client implementation releases.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute production releases and cutovers across multiple teams and environments.

- Work closely with engineering, DevOps, QA, product teams, and external ecosystem partners to ensure smooth release delivery.

- Manage release schedules, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication throughout the release cycle.

- Coordinate production deployment, rollback planning, and release readiness activities.

- Ensure releases follow best practices for CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS preferred).

- Act as the primary point of contact for release coordination with client stakeholders during implementation projects.

- Monitor release performance and drive continuous improvements in release processes and automation.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 to 13 years of experience in Release Management or similar roles.

- Demonstrated hands-on ownership of production releases in complex product environments.

- Strong understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience managing client-facing implementation releases.

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills.

- Proven experience in production cutover planning and execution.

Good to Have :

- Experience in Banking, FinTech, or other regulated domains.

- Exposure to enterprise-scale platform releases involving multiple partners or integrations.
