Job Title : Senior React Developer (One App Framework)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced React Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, Micro Frontend architecture, Webpack, API integrations, and frontend testing frameworks. Experience working on the American Express (AmEx) One App Framework and ISP Platform will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React.js.

- Build and implement Micro Frontend architecture for scalable frontend applications.

- Develop reusable UI components and ensure high code quality.

- Work with the One App Framework and ISP Platform to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and browser compatibility.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Developers.

- Write unit and integration tests using React Testing Library and other testing frameworks.

- Configure and optimize Webpack for efficient application bundling and deployment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend performance and functionality issues.

- Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.

- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience with Micro Frontend architecture and implementation.

- Hands-on experience with Webpack configuration and optimization.

- Strong understanding of browser functionality, performance optimization, and debugging.

- Experience with API communication, REST APIs, and asynchronous programming.

- Hands-on experience with React Testing Library, Jest, or similar testing frameworks.

- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience working with American Express (AmEx) projects.

- Hands-on experience with One App Framework.

- Experience on the ISP Platform.

- Exposure to cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices.

- Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
