Senior React.js Developer

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React Developer to design and build high-performance, scalable web applications in a fast-paced fintech environment. This role requires strong expertise in modern front-end technologies along with backend integration experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-volume, low-latency, mission-critical applications.

- Build scalable web solutions using React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

- Optimize applications for maximum performance and responsiveness.

- Identify bottlenecks, debug issues, and maintain code quality.

- Implement security and data protection best practices.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience as a React Developer or similar role.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Next.js.

- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- Experience with CSS pre-processors such as SASS or LESS.

- Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, Node.js.

- Experience with Git or other version control systems.

- Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.

- Strong understanding of full web application lifecycle and database integration.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

- Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.

- Experience working in Agile environments.

- Understanding of SEO principles.
