About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React.js Developer with strong expertise in Next.js to design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building complex frontend architectures, optimizing performance, and working closely with backend and product teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, optimize, and maintain highly responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js.

- Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR) for optimal performance.

- Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code.

- Build reusable components, hooks, and state management logic using Redux, Zustand, or Context API.

- Ensure the application is optimized for speed, scalability, and SEO.

- Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs with frontend components.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

- Optimize build pipelines and deployment flows with tools like Vercel, Netlify, or CI/CD pipelines.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce high coding standards.

- Stay up to date with the latest frontend technologies and frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and Next.js.

- Deep understanding of React hooks, context, lifecycle, and performance optimization.

- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, or Styled Components.

- Expertise in Next.js rendering modes (SSR, SSG, ISR) and API Routes.

- Experience with TypeScript for large-scale frontend projects.

- Strong understanding of state management tools (Redux, Zustand, or Recoil).

- Knowledge of React Query / SWR for server-state management.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and version control workflows.

- Understanding of SEO optimization, accessibility, and responsive design principles.

- Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
