Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React Native Engineer / Mobile Architect to lead the design, architecture, and performance of our mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React Native, mobile performance optimization, native integrations, and engineering best practices, along with experience mentoring teams and driving architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own the mobile application architecture, including navigation, state management, data flow, module boundaries, and error handling.

- Establish, enforce, and maintain engineering standards, including TypeScript usage, linting, formatting, testing practices, and commit conventions.

- Own the native module strategy, including Bridges, TurboModules, and JSI, while minimizing native code wherever possible.

- Set, monitor, and optimize performance budgets, including Time to Interactive (TTI), bundle size, memory usage, and UI performance (jank), and perform regular profiling.

- Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines, including code signing, build flavors, release automation, and OTA updates using tools such as CodePush.

- Implement observability best practices, including crash reporting, logging, analytics, feature flags, and A/B experimentation.

- Lead architecture design reviews, RFCs, and technical discussions to drive scalable and maintainable solutions.

- Mentor and guide engineers, promoting best practices and continuous technical improvement across the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience with React Native and TypeScript

- Should have 5+ years of experience in similar role.

- Solid understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns

- Hands-on experience with native modules (iOS & Android)

- Expertise in performance optimization and profiling

- Experience with CI/CD, release management, and OTA updates

- Familiarity with monitoring, analytics, and experimentation tools

- Strong communication skills and experience mentoring engineers
