Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React.JS Developer with strong expertise in building modern, scalable web applications and exposure to AI-powered features. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in front-end development, UI architecture, and integrating AI/ML capabilities into web applications such as chatbots, copilots, and intelligent interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using React.js

- Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for future use

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences

- Integrate AI/ML APIs and services (chatbots, recommendation engines, NLP features) into applications

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility

- Implement state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Context API)

- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews

- Drive UI/UX improvements based on analytics and user feedback

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Frontend Expertise :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

- Extensive experience with React.js and modern front-end frameworks

- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, etc.)

- Familiarity with REST APIs and GraphQL

- Experience in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

AI/ML Exposure :

- Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google AI)

- Understanding of NLP, chat interfaces, recommendation systems

- Experience building UI for AI-driven applications (chatbots, copilots, assistants)

- Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts

Tools & Technologies :

- Version control : Git

- Build tools : Webpack, Vite

- Testing frameworks : Jest, React Testing Library

- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with TypeScript

- Exposure to micro-frontend architecture

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

- Experience with UI frameworks (Material UI, Tailwind CSS)

- Understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and responsible AI

- Experience with real-time applications (WebSockets)

- Exposure to data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js)

- Prior experience building enterprise-grade applications
