Job Description :

Role & Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and coordinate communication between technical and business teams.

- Contribute directly to development tasks while leading and inspiring team members.

- Identify and solve technical challenges with creative, value-driven solutions.

- Work with the Program Manager on estimations, timelines, and risk mitigation.

- Drive and facilitate technical discussions around requirements and change requests.

- Proactively identify delivery risks and ensure timely resolution to avoid delays.

- Prepare architecture design documents and technical diagrams.

Required Technical and Professional Skills :

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in UI development.

- Hands-on experience with both React and Angular (not just familiarity).

- Proficiency in building complex applications (not just prototypes or POCs).

- Skilled in HTML5, JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Next.js, Angular, Vue.js), and CSS3.

- Experience building real-time systems with high concurrency.

- Familiarity with atomic design principles, reusable components, and Progressive Web Apps.

- Ability to develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable UI components.

- Experience creating UI component libraries for organization-wide use.
