Role Overview

We are looking for a talented React Developer with 47 years of experience to build and optimize a consumer-facing, conversion-oriented mobile application. This application will feature listings, profiles, and traffic management, and will require expertise in performance optimization, seamless UI/UX, and user engagement. Some features will be developed natively, so collaboration with native iOS and Android developers will be essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and enhance React websites & React Native mobile applications (iOS/Android) with a focus on high conversion rates.

- Implement dynamic listing features for smooth browsing experiences.

- Optimize profile traffic and improve user engagement through innovative UI/UX.

- Collaborate with native developers to integrate and optimize native modules.

- Improve app performance, responsiveness, and scalability for high traffic.

- Integrate analytics tools to track and optimize user interactions.

- Implement A/B testing for refining UI components and user journeys.

- Maintain push notification and in-app messaging systems.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Debug and resolve issues for a seamless user experience.

- Deploy applications to App Store and Google Play Store, managing updates efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 45 years of mobile application development with React & React Native.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and preferably TypeScript.

- Experience with listings, search functionality, and profile engagement.

- Strong knowledge of React Hooks, Redux, Context API, and React Navigation.

- Expertise in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating third-party SDKs.

- Focus on conversion rate optimization and A/B testing.

- Experience working with native iOS and Android developers.

- Familiarity with performance profiling, memory optimization, and debugging tools.

- Knowledge of user behavior analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).

- Experience with Firebase, push notifications, in-app messaging, deep linking, and referral programs.

Candidate Criteria

- Currently working in a Series B to Series D level product-based company.

- Minimum 4 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in React.

- Experience building an app end-to-end or owning a major business feature end-to-end.

- Mentoring experience is a plus.
