Senior RBM/NRM Billing Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior RBM/NRM Billing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end knowledge of the Netcracker RBM/NRM platform, deep domain expertise in telecom billing, and hands-on experience in system configuration, integration, and operations. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the RBM/NRM platform, ensuring seamless billing operations, and supporting business-critical integrations across OSS/BSS ecosystems.

Responsibilities :

- Operate and maintain the Netcracker RBM/NRM platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and data integrity.

- Monitor billing processes and proactively troubleshoot revenue assurance issues.

- Conduct regular audits, reconciliations, and implement corrective measures to ensure billing accuracy.

- Hands-on configuration of Rating, Billing, Bill Formatting, and Financial modules.

- Develop and maintain SQL/PLSQL APIs, Unix/Perl scripts for automation and system integration.

- Perform RBM/NRM entity relationship mapping and configuration.

- Customize product configuration, usage modeling, discounting, VAT setup, and billing behavior.

- Integrate RBM with upstream systems (ordering, mediation) and downstream systems (finance, bill formatter).

- Define and manage interfaces for 3rd party settlements, CRM, revenue sharing, and self-care portals.

- Support product launches, migrations, and upgrades, ensuring minimal service disruption.

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional configurations.

- Drive solution discussions, analyzing pros and cons with a pragmatic and detail-oriented approach.

- Document configurations, operational procedures, and best practices for knowledge retention and audit compliance.

- Lead or participate in incident management, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolution.

- Provide L2/L3 operational support for RBM/NRM-related issues and enhancements.

Requirements :

- End-to-end knowledge of Netcracker RBM/NRM modules (Rating, Billing, Payments, Collections, Journaling, etc. )

- Strong Telecom Billing Domain expertise, including Postpaid Billing, CDR flow, and Revenue Reconciliation.

- Solid hands-on experience with : Rating & Billing Configuration, SQL, PLSQL APIs, Unix/Perl scripting, Oracle databases.

- Knowledge of RBM/NRM entity relationships and architecture.

- Experience in financial reporting, bill formatting, product configuration, and revenue sharing.

- Proven ability to interface with upstream and downstream systems in a telecom ecosystem.

- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Mandatory skills : Telecom OSS BSS.

- Desired skills : Development & Scripting experience.
