Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer Automation (SAP) to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for enterprise SAP systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP processes, manual and automation testing, and hands-on experience with tools such as START, eCATT, Selenium, and related frameworks.

This role requires the ability to integrate testing automation into broader delivery practices including Agile, DevOps, and containerized environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for SAP applications and business processes.

- Perform manual testing for SAP modules to validate functional flows and identify defects.

- Develop optimized test scenarios, automation workflows, and reusable test components.

- Write comprehensive test cases, test plans, and test documentation aligned with business requirements.

- Execute automated and manual tests; track, analyze, and report defects.

- Manage test data, test environments, and automation frameworks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, SAP functional consultants, and DevOps engineers.

- Contribute to CI/CD automation, ensuring seamless integration of test suites into delivery pipelines.

- Ensure test automation aligns with overall delivery automation strategies.

- Improve test coverage, efficiency, and reliability through continuous optimization of automation frameworks.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong know-how of SAP systems and core business processes.

- Hands-on experience in manual testing of SAP business processes.

- Proficiency in writing detailed test cases and test documentation.

Practical experience with automation tools such as :

- START

- eCATT

- Selenium

- Other SAP/automation frameworks

- Understanding of Agile, DevOps practices, and modern delivery environments.

Preferred Skills (Good To Have) :

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.
